Think you can beat the bride and groom in a foot race?

Before we tie the knot, we are lacing up!

Grab your trainers, dust off your finest (preferably On of course!) running gear, and join us the evening before for the Butley Dash 5k, an all-abilities fun run (or walk!) around the grounds of Butley Priory and neighbouring fields.

Whether you’re a seasoned runner or wanting an excuse to stroll around the surrounding countryside, everyone is welcome.

Entry is £5, with all proceeds going toVictoria’s Trust - an organisation set up in memory of our friend Vic, who sadly is no longer with us, and will be missed on the dance floor. Additional donations are most appreciated.

We hope this run serves as a reminder to be more gentle. Be more kind. Be more positive. #BeMoreVic.

From 7pm, please join us for welcome drinks and pizza at Butley Priory, as well as to cheer on runners as they cross the finish line.

  • Victoria’s Trust is an organisation set up in memory of our friend Vic, who we sadly lost in 2025.

    Victoria’s Trust exists to support young adults aged 18–40 with life-limiting conditions and less than one year to live, providing financial and practical assistance to improve comfort and contentment.

  • Please join us for Welcome Drinks & Pizza from 7.00 pm at Butley Priory.

    There is no dress code. We understand that many of you will be joining immediately after running, so feel free to wear sweaty run kit, smart casual, or anything inbetween!

    Whilst the accommodation onsite does have showers, we are unable to guarantee that all Butley Dash participants will have access to them after their run.

    Where possible, we ask runners to make their own arrangements if they would like to freshen up.

  • Free parking will be available on site at Butley Priory.

  • Every finisher will receive a medal at the finish line.

    Prizes will be awarded to first male & female.
